Equipped with wonderful tools
for creative exploration

Explore Board and Accessory developed by
Emilie Conrad to allow for explorations in diverse relationships
to gravity. Excellent tool for building a comprehensive network
of strength and increasing flexibility.

Physioballs (round and egg shaped) contribute a
playful approach to diversifying the range of motion possible.
Requires activation of the stabilization structure and improves
balance with a very comforting and fun interface.

Myofascial rollers are excellent tools for locating
tensions and deepening tissue release. Very popular.

Weights (ankle and wrist) used here in a free form,
organic style that activates collagen formation along diverse
pathways and builds incremental strength in multiple directions.

Therabands allow for a dynamic, stretching and strengthening
activity that again feels more like play than work. Promotes a
conscious connection to the movement and decreases the
likelihood of "spacing out."
